SPSS Using Syntax Workshop

Description:

Although using SPSS windows menus to perform data analysis for your projects is very useful, there are additional benefits to learning the use of SPSS progrmaming syntax. Using SPSS synatx allows for more efficient operation and replication of results in addition to providing techiques accessible only by syntax, such as batch processing or Macros.

Objectives:

• Acquaint participants with syntax tools & system optimization;
• Illustrate basics of Pasting, writing & running syntax;
• SHow examples Common transformatons and analysis;
• Explain using syntax with Batch files;
