This advanced course builds on the concepts introduced in the Introduction to ArcGIS course. It provides you with the tools and applications needed to perform analytical processes on spatial data.
Geo-processing includes the use of overlay operations and creation of buffers for spatial analysis.
With Geostatistical Analysts, you will learn how to use various interpolation methods for creating raster surfaces for analysis and use grid conversion tools.
With Spatial Analyst, you will be able to interpolate surfaces, run surface analysis, map algebra and cell analysis as well as create hillshades and relief maps.
3D Analysts will provide you with the tools to: extend surfaces to a 3-dimensional viewing surface, extrude objects into 3-D as well as create 3D animations.
You must have prior knowledge of ArcGIS or have taken the Introduction to ArcGIS course to register for this seminar.
